1. About the service
YTpanel.click is a web service for tracking YouTube channels, videos, and metric trends inside personal and team workspaces.
By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering and using your account. Do not share access to your email or account with third parties unless necessary.
If you manage a workspace, you are also responsible for invited members, assigned roles, and timely removal of access when it is no longer needed.
3. Acceptable use
The service may only be used lawfully and within normal product logic: adding channels, viewing analytics, working with tags and teams, and exporting data.
It is prohibited to interfere with infrastructure, attempt to access other people’s workspaces, bypass restrictions, overload APIs, automate malicious scenarios, or use the service to violate third-party rights.
4. YouTube data and external sources
YTpanel.click may display data obtained from the YouTube API and other integrations. We aim to keep it current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or uptime of external sources.
Rules and limits of third-party platforms, including YouTube, may apply in addition to these terms where relevant.
5. Subscriptions and billing
If paid plans are activated, details about pricing, billing periods, trials, auto-renewal, and refunds will be published in the pricing interface or a separate agreement.
Until that information is published, no functionality should be treated as commercially offered under assumptions from marketing mockups alone.
6. Intellectual property
The interface, code, brand assets, visual materials, and internal logic of YTpanel.click belong to the service owner or are used on lawful grounds.
You retain rights to your own materials and working data that you upload or enter into the service, while granting us a limited right to process them in order to provide the service.
7. Availability and product changes
We may change functionality, interfaces, plans, limits, and integrations when needed for product development, security, or compliance with external platform requirements.
We do not promise uninterrupted 24/7 availability, but we make reasonable efforts to keep the product available and warn about major changes where possible.
8. Limitation of liability
YTpanel.click is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee perfect analytical accuracy, uninterrupted YouTube API access, or suitability for a particular business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or consequences of decisions made by a user based on the service analytics.
9. Termination of use
We may restrict or terminate access to the service if we detect abuse, violations of these terms, security threats, or legal requirements.
You may stop using the service at any time. Upon request, we will help with account and data deletion within applicable retention limits.
10. Updates to the terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version is always published on this page.
If changes materially affect user rights or obligations, we will try to notify users in advance through the interface or by email.

If you launch public paid plans, this page should later be expanded with payment terms, refund policy, jurisdiction, company details, and dispute resolution terms.
